Terms of Use
Cats VS Zombies is a game, made for fun. It is not an investment and it does not promise any profit or income. Only spend what you are happy to spend on a game.
1. The basics
- By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.
- You must be 18 or older, and playing must be allowed where you live. Checking that is up to you.
- One account per person. Accounts can't be sold or shared.
2. Game items
- Gold, gems, cats, gear, chests, VIP and everything else in the game are virtual game items. They only exist inside the game and have no guaranteed value.
- You get to use them while you play. They are not money, savings or an investment.
- This is a live game. We may change, rebalance or reset rules, rewards, prices and items at any time to keep the game fair and running.
3. Buying gold
- Sending GRAM to the game is a purchase of in-game gold, delivered right away.
- Purchases are final and can't be refunded, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
- Blockchain transfers can't be undone. Double-check the address, network and amount before you send.
4. Converting gems
- The game may let you convert gems and send them to your wallet. This is an extra feature, not a right or a promise.
- It follows the limits, fee and rate shown in the game at that moment. These can change.
- We may delay, limit or pause conversions, for example for security checks or if we suspect cheating.
5. Fair play
- No multiple accounts, bots, scripts, modified apps or bug abuse.
- No harassment or offensive names and messages.
- If someone breaks these rules, we may remove rewards, restrict features or close the account.
6. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Telegram account and wallet safe. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
- Any taxes on what you do in the game are your responsibility.
7. No guarantees
- The game is provided as it is. It may have bugs, downtime or changes, and it may end one day.
- As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using the game, by crypto price changes, or by third parties such as Telegram, wallets or ad providers.
- Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live.
8. Changes and contact
- We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if you keep playing, you accept it.
